Publications purchased online from HDP User Group are in electronic format only. To obtain a hard copy or CD of a publication please contact Darryl Reiner or read the section on hard copies below. All online purchases are made using PayPal’s secure payment gateway. You are not required to have a PayPal account to complete a transaction. HDP User Group accepts all major credit cards through PayPal.
How do I download my purchase?
Upon completion of your transaction you will receive an emailed receipt. This receipt will contain a link to download your purchased publications. You will also receive an email with a user name and password for accessing your purchase history. You can log in to your account and download your purchases from there.
I received an email notifying me of an account with HDP User Group. I don’t remember setting up an account, why did I receive this?
For your convenience HDP User Group automatically sets up an account for you on our website. This account is restricted to your online store purchases and you cannot use this account to access restricted portions of the HDP User Group website. You will be able to view your transaction history, download purchased publications, and use the login information for easy check out on future purchases. The email message you receive will contain your user name and a password that is valid for one use. Upon logging in to your account for the first time you will be directed to change your password.
I forgot my account password.
If you forget your account password and need to access your transaction information please email the HDP User Group webmaster. A new password will be established and emailed to you.
Are there restrictions on publication downloads?
In order to maintain the integrity and value of HDP User Group membership and publications there are certain restrictions in place on purchases. Publication purchases are limited to a 3 day access period with a maximum of 3 downloads. You will continue to see the purchase in your transaction history but the link for downloading the publication will become invalid.
Additional information on Hard Copy or CD versions of publications.
All publications available on the HDP User Group website are also available for purchase in hard copy or CD format. Publications purchased in hard copy or CD format will be at the list price seen on the online store plus any additional shipping costs.
