HDP User Group International, Inc. is a non-profit trade organization incorporated in the State of Arizona, USA. HDP User Group's operates as defined in the Bylaws and the Operational Procedures. HDP User Group also files notices of membership changes with the US Antitrust division of the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission under the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993.
