1. HDPUG IC Packaging Interest Group Meeting May 6, 2008.
In order to strengthen HDPUG’s activities in IC-packaging a planning meeting will be held just before the Member Meetings in Mainz. We start on Tuesday May 6th at 9:00 a.m. going through the results from a questionnaire on IC-packaging which is now circulating among selected member representatives. We will select the topics of biggest common interest and will analyze project areas applicable to joint collaboration. In the afternoon, we will take the identified areas from the morning session and will be further develop them into project drafts according to HDPUG rules. The developed drafts will then be presented at the Member Meetings on May 7-8, 2008.
If IC packaging is your specialty and you have not yet seen the questionnaire, please request it from Paul Collander, paul1@hdpug.org.
